Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for recruitment of Doctors, Paramedics and Non-Medical staff. Identify various costs and time effective recruitment sources and monitor the recruitment activities to reduce turnaround time. To design the draft & content of the Recruitment Advertisement. To ensure that the Advertisement is released from time to time in all the leading newspapers. Fixation of salaries for all new hires. Help in Regulating and controlling of HR departmental budget. Plan and adhere to budgets for the HR operations. o Helping & coordinating on-boarding activities of Doctors, Paramedics and Non-Medical staff. Taking initiatives for process improvement in regards to recruitment, on-boarding & employee experience. o Taking initiatives to reduce the W-band doctors. Taking exit interviews of all the clinician and communicating the issues and scope of improvement to the concern departments. o Ensure maintenance and updating of Manpower Requisition forms, privileges forms, credentialing etc. o Representation of HR in CPC meeting. o Coordinate the performance appraisal exercise including recommendation for promotion, transfer or increment. Help in coordinating and Planning the annual performance increments and rewards. o Manage employee expectations and resolve grievances if any. Interact with any employee representative bodies on behalf of the Management. o Maintaining various tracker like Credentialing tracker (DMC, DNC & DPC), Privileging tracker, vaccination tracker, locum tracker, candidate tracker etc. o Providing data and closing audits from different departments, internal and external audit agencies. o Vendor creation for all the visiting consultants and locum doctors & payouts. o To actively participate in any HR Initiatives and provide suggestions and ideas from time to time.
