Build Sales capability program for Frontlines, Manager & Regional sales head for all channels Contribute in Strategy building for Sales team Coordinate with Audit for the Sales function Analyze business potential, conceptualize & execute strategies to drive sales, augment turnover and achieve targets Cost benefit analysis to attain the most productive sales activities across units/regions and share inputs with all. Gathering market intelligence with respect to services offered and their pricing by competitor hospitals and apprise the management of the same in a timely manner. Proposing appropriate corrective action as necessary. Design the sales incentive program and implement. Disbursement of the sales incentive to be driven nationally. Create and run a R&R program to motivate the sales team and create healthy competition among all the members/Units/Regions. Ensuring design and implementation of a uniform sales training curriculum to support the strategy, including new hire training, product and disease state information, selling skills and other skill development programs, and compliance training related to promotional practices. Strategizing and streamlining the processes like recruitment, performance management and training & development of all team members. Appraise employee performance and facilitate team engagement activities.
