External Marketing:

Ensuring achievement of pre-set targets for corporate assigned.

Generating tie ups with Major Corporate & PSUs and driving business from them in terms of IPD, OPD & Diagnostics.

Building and strengthening the relations with key personnel in corporate viz. CMOs, HR-

Heads & Admin Staff thereby ensuring better implementation of strategies and customer satisfaction.

To discuss with the doctors for devising customized packages for corporate for any In-patient services, Health check-ups, Outpatient services required by their employees.

Arranging Health Education Programs / Camps for empanelled or non-empanelled corporate.

Organizing Health Talks & Camps for Corporate employee.

Targeting corporate colonies for camp as well as Hospital awareness activity.

Targeting TPA- Corporate/ PSU for camp & Hospital awareness.

Organizing Get together/CMEs for Corporate doctors.

Regular payment follow-up for respective corporate.

Evaluating performance & monitoring corporate-wise sales and marketing activities.

Internal Marketing:

Ensuring over all in-house customer satisfaction & delight

Regular visit to all Corporate hospitalized patient & give proper feedback for the concern corporate authority.

Cath Lab Conversion.

Internal ( Other specialty) Conversion.

Expertise in handling emergency situation regarding issues such as Billing, Admissions,

Handling TPA, Corporate Clients.

Coordination of In-house Activities.

Transplant patient coordination

Special Initiatives/Additional Responsibilities.

Special Promotional Campaigns for Ortho, Onco & Cardiac Specialties

Handling Outdoor & in-house campaign for Ortho, Onco & Cardiac Specialties.

Co-ordination with Consultant for increasing Business

Increasing Conversions for TKR. THR., CABG, CAG, CAP & Onco surgeries

Tie ups with International agency / Medical tourism

Answering International Patient queries with quotations

Well conversant with FRRO Registration& C-Form Procedures

Internal Co-ordination of International patients from IPD to Discharge.

Business Development:-
Identify industry, consumer and competitive trends and make recommendations for action plans and programs for corporate, International Patients etc..

Develop New Sales Opportunities: -
Develop new sales opportunities. This work will include web research, contacting via email, telephone and networking. Once contact is established, take part in customer site visits, help co-ordination demonstrations / trials at customer sites etc.
