Communication of campaigns, key products in OPD and IPD, liasoning with PEO to put up patient feedback (offline & online).
Creating concepts and content for marketing collateral such as brochures, pamphlets, flyers, leaflets, direct mail etc.
Maintaining regular flow of information about Hospital on website To ensure that the whats new section of the website is updated periodically.
Promote the hospital in the doctors community through personal visits, publicity, advertisement, brochures and group meetings, CME programs etc.
Organize CME's / Seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties
Organizing Community outreach program: neighborhood camps, school tie ups, community branding.
Work closely with the brand team towards conceptualizing new initiatives to place Fortis La Femme top of mind recall across the web.
PR and Digital marketing
Work closely with the digital agency to ensure deliverables and time lines for implementation and execution of all campaigns
Ensure regular content mapping across website and external media properties
Use video sharing websites like Youtube, Metacafe to upload Testimonials of patients, Photo Sharing, Viral Videos to ensure Fortis La Femmes online brand presence.
Participate across healthcare blogs/healthcare social networks and post frequent comments and engage in a healthy debate across key relevant online industry verticals, like Webmd/Hospital impact/Revolution Health etc.
Ensuring the broken links across website is fixed and regular cleaning up is done
Regularly study the landing pages and make sure errors and bugs are rectified and fixed
Ensure all changes in the organization are reflected appropriately on the site and related social media
Ensure that the yearly budget is allocated evenly for every quarter and further divided into monthly budgets as per the online marketing plan
Calculate weekly /monthly ROI on media spends.
Forward the report weekly to the reporting authority and get the feedback.
Analyze data, and generate reports, letters and news bulletins of or for the department.
Increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of Fortis as Hospital of Desire.
Create database for potential customers & conduct periodic updations of the same.
Develop and nurture new market and client support and coordination activities. Interact with physicians on a regular basis for the Specialties like Secondary care: Internal Medicine, PHCs, Mental health, and other secondary care specialities.
