1.1. Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of Fortis as Hospital of Desire.
8.2. Creating database for potential customers & updating them.
8.3. Identify and map the potential of target customers (patients/regionally corporate & non corporate, doctors).
8.3.1. To identify, negotiate and establish alliances with all potential customers to develop preferred provider relationships.
8.3.2. Make proposals, demonstrations and presentations to doctors and corporate.
8.3.3. Service existing clients, Client retention and follow- ups.
8.3.4. Develop and nurturing new market and Client support and coordination activities.
8.3.5. Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end clients.
8.3.6. Interact with physicians (internal and external).
8.3.7. Track Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities.
