Exploring and evaluating various initiatives of getting into new business alliances like home health / physio, etc. and evaluating the business viability of the same.
Engaging in discussions with interested parties and explaining them the terms and conditions of the proposed model.
Identifying suitable hospitals and Greenfield/Brownfield facilities that need to be followed up for acquisition / O&M etc. Establishing initial contacts with key stakeholders to evaluate business potential for Fortis and creating a healthy pipeline of hospital facilities.
Carrying out site due diligence along with internal stakeholders.
Carrying out the business / financial modeling of the proposed project after defining the medical specialties in consultation with the Medical Operations Group while keeping in mind the demographics and medical requirements of geographies where the facility is being acquired.
Facilitating the process of preparation and finalization of contractual agreements in liaison with Legal team.
Assisting in :
o Process of seamless integration of Fortis and the new acquired / O&M facility in collaboration with the key stakeholders.
o Effectively managing business relationships to drive business opportunities at group sister
