Identify, select & tie up with Referrals / Partners in target countries as well as local Facilitators handling International patients primarily:
Patient Retrieval Companies/Facilitators
Travel & Tour Operators dealing in Medical Value Travel
Signing of MOUs with the Referral Partners.
Facilitating and coordinating with the media for covering the international patients experiences for promotion and development of Medical tourism business in India, mainly at Fortis Healthcare Ltd.
Support in conducting CMEs & OPDs in target countries to generate business
Reimbursement of timely remittance of Referral Fees to Partners.
Follow-up for overall Collections of payments from International Insurance Cos , Embassies, etc
Working in close co-ordination with all the administrative staff of the respective hospital units for resolving all issues arising out of all the international patients admitted in the respective hospitals and ensuring better patient experience.
All the grievances related to the patient should be heard and to be resolved through administration of the respective hospitals
