Design, plan, organize and execute the job assigned and area allotted for effective marketing of hospital services, facilities and modern technology to doctors, consultants and clinics.
Develop and stabilize good and meaningful relationship with consultants, doctors, International/ VIP Patients, hospitals and clinics.
End to end VIP and international patient coordination.
Respond to queries raised from Embassies, international and VIP Patients within the given TAT.
Make arrangement for hospital visits of medical practitioners and other related health care professionals.
Handle carefully the problems of consultants/International and VIP patients and resolve the conflict or misunderstandings with the hospital. Ensure to establish good and positive image about the hospital and get feedback.
Responsible for inside sales support for queries & patients from the international market.
Interdepartmental & Inter-Hospital coordination of international sales activities including following up on sales leads.
Rreview & liaison for incoming queries, communicating with customers (patients & healthcare facilitators) both in person & in writing.
Conducting account analysis, providing sales summaries and monthly forecast updates.
Liaison with Key contacts in Embassies & with all Healthcare Facilitators to drive international business.
