To establish inter hospital co-ordination and communication with all departments and get information, collect data and also give feedback of the market analysis to the same departments.
To ensure top line revenue for assigned channels.
Responsible for increasing market share through higher penetration and awareness of Fortis as Hospital of Desire
Creating database for potential customers & updating them.
Identify and map the potential of target customers (patients/regionally corporate & non-corporate, doctors).
To identify, negotiate and establish alliances with all potential customers to develop preferred provider relationships.
Make proposals, demonstrations and presentations to doctors and corporate.
Service existing clients, Client retention and follow- ups.
Develop and nurturing new market and Client support and coordination activities.
Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end clients.
Interact with physicians (internal and external).
Track Report, feedback, complaints received through marketing activities.
Plan and organize initiatives like camps, seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion participation, doctors referral, talks and other events.
Organize CMEs /Seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties.
Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community for presidents, local clubs, schools, NGOs colleges and other local bodies with a view to generate footfalls from them.
Tracking leads mediated through outreach OPDs, CMEs, camps and seminars etc to tap new corporate tie-ups, convert referrals etc.
Tracking and analyzing information on competitors activities. Recommend suggestions to the department.
To analyze data, and generate reports, letters & news bulletins of or for the department
Any other assignment assigned by Marketing- Manager
